New Features for Omatic Cloud: September 2026

We’ve been busy rolling out enhancements to Omatic Cloud, creating new features to make it easier than ever to map, transform, and move your data exactly where it needs to go across systems. Read on for the latest product enhancements for September 2026.
System: Raiser’s Edge NXT
Constituent codes and solicit codes in Raiser’s Edge NXT help you understand what type of relationship a person has with your organization at a glance. We’re making it easier to change those codes using Omatic Cloud.
We’ve added two new mapping fields, Delete Constituent Code and Delete Solicit Code, that sit alongside the existing add-only fields on the RE NXT Destination Connector. Just choose which code you want removed, and it disappears the moment its replacement is added, no second step needed.
Constituent codes and solicit codes note whether a person is a prospect, a donor, board member, and more. Until now, users could only add those codes, never take one off. So every status change came with a second step: an admin logging into Raiser’s Edge NXT by hand to clear the code that no longer applied.
However, a donor who gave last month can still be coded “Prospect.” A supporter who opted back in to email can still carry a “Do Not Solicit” code from months ago. Any segment, mailing list, or report pulled from that data could be incorrect when those codes are out of date.
Omatic Cloud’s latest release allows users to delete constituent and solicit codes in the exact same sync where you add its replacement. Simply map the code you want removed into the new Delete Constituent Code or Delete Solicit Code field, right next to the add fields you already use, and it comes off the record automatically. One sync keeps the record accurate, and everything built on it (your segments, mailing lists, reports) stays accurate too.
System: All; Platform-wide
Omatic Cloud just released several Data Transformation updates that reduce the number of steps required to get data into the exact format you need.
Clean both sides of a calculation: The Calculate Transformation previously only cleaned the first value in a formula. Now the second value gets the same treatment, so you can easily strip currency symbols, extract values from JSON, or conduct other cleanup. Now, calculations involving messy connector data (like “$1,200.00” or bundled JSON amounts) no longer require a Custom Code Script.
Extract JSON values without coding: The new Extract from JSON Transformation replaces writing JavaScript with a clickable, searchable interface. Users can dig into nested objects, set array positions, and preview results against sample records before saving.
[Coming soon] Pair large lists faster: The Replace Transformation now accepts a file upload, so instead of typing hundreds of fund names, campaign codes, or academic majors one at a time, users can upload a file that pairs the values and populate the rows automatically.
[Coming soon] Build once, apply everywhere: The new Bulk Apply Transformation lets users build a piece of logic once, then apply it across every field that needs it within a single formula without retyping or rechecking it field by field.
These transformation enhancements mean data administrators can match, clean, and extract data more easily, without extra manual steps or development support, while keeping full control over every step.
System: Raiser’s Edge NXT
Events are fantastic ways to introduce new people to your organization. When a supporter brings a friend along to one of your galas, salons, or volunteering events, that should be a win for your team, not a data headache later.
Omatic Cloud’s new Advanced Event Attendee Processing features make processing event attendees and their guests easier than ever. Organizations can now decide which participants become full constituents and which don’t, match incoming guests against existing records before creating anything new, and create records for a host along with their guests in a single import pass.
With this new enhancement, Omatic Cloud simplifies scenarios like the following:
This feature is all about making it easier to use your event data. Your constituent list remains a collection of people you want to build a relationship with, not every name from an RSVP list. Your development team gets to spend time connecting with potential donors instead of untangling event registration records. Finally, you can develop that show you how events are shaping your fundraising strategy, rather than just see who attended.
