This isn’t our first rodeo

For the last three years, our product development team has been building a portfolio of Raiser’s Edge data integration tools. While Luminate Online is our most recent integration solution, it is by no means our first. The new integration technology for Luminate Online is built upon ImportOmatic, Omatic’s market-leading integration solution for nonprofits.

ImportOmatic is the engine

All of the amazing functionality that exists inherently within ImportOmatic is available through the ImportOmatic Connector for Luminate Online. The ImportOmatic Connector for Luminate Online provides advanced field mapping, bi-directional syncing, and cleansing functionality for robust data capture, automated data transformation, and user flexibility. You are given the opportunity (as hands-on or hands-off as you would like!) to clean and standardize your data, prevent duplicates, and be flexible with automation upon import.

Data availability

Some fields in Luminate Online can be difficult to extract – even when using a query or report. With the ImportOmatic Connector for Luminate Online, you get access to thousands of fields within Luminate Online. Need to bring over advocacy data? No problem. Custom survey responses? Easy. Email click-through activity? We’ve got you covered!

Flexible field mapping

You are no longer hard-coded to Raiser’s Edge data mapping presets. Do you have a survey question that asks which type of program is closest to your donor’s heart? Track it in philanthropic interests, as an attribute, or even a membership type!

Bi-directional sync options

Get your control back at the record level and field level! The ImportOmatic Connector for Luminate Online allows you to choose what data to sync. Better yet, you have the ability to use the powerful Raiser’s Edge query tool to create segmentation and tag records in Luminate Online. No need to pull in all the details.

Our approach is one that focuses on addressing data with the attitude of control and flexibility. These are sophisticated, best of breed solutions, that require a dynamic integration – not a simple one.
