Adam Burak is a Business Development Representative at Omatic Software. Before joining the Omatic team, Adam served with Americorps completing 1,700 hours of service as a job coach for at-risk youth at EdVenture Charter School in Boynton Beach, Florida. Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware in 2017. Adam has a passion for being involved in the community and is involved with the Charleston Miracle League.
Alison South is a Strategic Account Executive with over 14 years of experience in nonprofit technology, including various sales and management roles at Blackbaud prior to joining Omatic. She has worked extensively with National and Healthcare Organizations to improve their technology efficiencies and further their missions. Alison is very involved in her church and local community missions serving the greater Mount Pleasant area where she and her husband raise their three children. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Business Administration.
Allison Bolduc is a Consultant for Omatic Software in the Professional Services department. She currently assists clients in implementing, learning, and maximizing their use of Omatic products. Previous to holding her current position at Omatic Software, Allison worked for seven years in the nonprofit world as an Associate Director of Development at the Charleston Animal Society and as a Membership Coordinator at the Gibbes Museum of Art. In these roles, Allison gained real-life practical experience working with the Raiser’s Edge 7 (both as a non-hosted and hosted client), Blackbaud NetCommunity and Sphere Friends Asking Friends. Allison holds a bachelor's degree in art history from the College of Charleston and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
Amanda Allen is a Product Specialist for Omatic Software. Amanda has worked in nonprofit technology for over 6 years. Prior to joining Omatic, she spent 6 years at two different non-profits where she worked in The Raisers Edge and Financial Edge. In her spare time Amanda enjoys reading, cooking, and going to the beach with her husband and two boys. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from College of Charleston.
Amanda Tetanich is a Product Manager for Omatic Software. Amanda has worked with nonprofit data solutions for over eight years, including about five years at Blackbaud prior to joining Omatic. She has held a variety of roles, including product support, consulting, and development. These experiences contribute to her user-focused style of product management. As a professional problem solver, Amanda enjoys finding creative, collaborative solutions to the data challenges not-for-profit organizations face. Amanda is from Charleston, SC and she is a graduate of Furman University.
Amy is a consultant for Omatic Software where she conducts software implementations and provides short-term staffing support. She specializes in implementing ImportOmatic and the ImportOmatic Connector for Luminate Online.Prior to joining the Omatic team, Amy was the Membership Operations Manager at The Trustees of Reservations in Massachusetts. She has over eighteen years of nonprofit and Raiser’s Edge experience and has over twelve years of experience with Luminate Online. She is also proficient with Crystal Reports. Amy was a client of Omatic's before she came on board!Amy holds a bachelor’s degree with a major in Anthropology and a minor in Cultural Geography from the University of Southern Maine. She resides in the woods of New Hampshire with her partner Sean, her four cats (Bowie, No!Kitten!, Tillie Pickle, and Pumpkin Pie), and her rabbit (Fawn). In her free time she makes jam and takes art and herbalism classes.
Bailey Benzlé is the Director of Pre-Sales & Sales Enablement for Omatic Software where she supports both internal staff and clients by determining the best solution to meet unique nonprofit needs. Her responsibilities include working with organizations of all types and sizes by providing evaluations, software demonstrations, answers to technical questions, and resources for any product questions. Prior to joining Omatic Software, Bailey held multiple sales roles at Blackbaud and in the Target Analytics division of Blackbaud®. She also spent seven years in the non-profit sector, as a marketing specialist and Raiser’s Edge end-user. Bailey graduated from Elon University with a bachelor’s of science degree in Biology.
As the Vice President of Sales, Bill leads the team that is responsible for both new prospect as well as customer "back to base" sales at Omatic. He is also a member of the executive leadership team helping define and guide the future direction of Omatic Software. Prior to joining Omatic. Bill has held senior leadership roles at Blackbaud (14 years), Lawson Software, MCI Telecommunications, and Benefitfocus. Bill is active in his local nonprofit community. He holds a bachelors degree in both Economics as well as Business Administration from McDaniel College. He and his wife Jennifer live in Mt. Pleasant, SC with their 4 sons.
Brendan joined the team as a Business Development Representative in August 2018. Prior to joining Omatic, Brendan was a PGA golf professional, holding positions at prestigious facilities such as The Country Club of Charleston, Kiawah Island Resort, Wild Dunes Resort, and Puntacana Resort and Club in the Dominican Republic. He is excited to make this career transition to work with nonprofits, bringing an interesting perspective after running golf tournaments fundraising events. Brendan lives in James Island with his wife, Danielle, and their son, Cameron, and Boykin Spaniel, Weller. He also enjoys cheering on his Clemson Tigers!
Brian Hendel is the Director of Finance for Omatic Software. Prior to joining Omatic, Brian was an Associate for Five Points Capital, a $1.2 billion AUM private equity platform, and an Analyst for BlackArch Partners, a premier middle-market investment bank focused on mergers & acquisitions advisory services. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with honors and highest distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Caroline is a project manager at Omatic Software where she handles both implementation projects and enterprise engagements. She works closely with Omatic clients to implement and execute projects of all sizes. Caroline ensures Omatic clients receive on-time delivery of their scope of services and assigned resources. Her proven track record and detail-oriented nature drives her projects to success. Caroline has experience delivering Blackbaud NetCommunity, Raiser’s Edge™, and Financial Edge™ projects. In her free time, Caroline enjoys volunteering for serval nonprofits. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marine science from Coastal Carolina University.
Cheri is the Consulting Manager for the Professional Services team at Omatic Software, where she oversees the consulting team and specializes in database audits, migrations, Raiser’s Edge™ consulting, and training services. Previously, Cheri held a number of roles at Blackbaud® where she was a senior fundraising systems consultant and an educational consultant for Education Edge™, Raiser’s Edge, Crystal Reports, and internet-based applications. Cheri’s passion for nonprofits extends beyond Omatic’s walls. When she isn’t working with Omatic clients, Cheri can be found volunteering at several local nonprofits.
Christina Wells is Director of Corporate Marketing at Omatic Software where she leads demand generation programs to drive awareness and interest in the Omatic brand and product suite. Prior to joining Omatic, Christina acted as the Director of Marketing Automation for a marketing agency, and Director of Infrastructure for a publishing company, roles that highlighted her passion for the marriage of marketing and technology. Christina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Northeastern University and a Master of Science Degree in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University. A self-proclaimed "east coast floater," Christina is a Philadelphia native who now calls Charleston, SC home.
Chuck is a Senior Technical Consultant for Omatic Software on the Professional Services team. Chuck specializes in working with Blackbaud CRM and other products developed on the Blackbaud Infinity platform and has delivered solutions for a wide variety of clients spanning across all non-profit vertical markets.Before joining Omatic, Chuck spent over 10 years at Blackbaud as a customization developer where he gained significant knowledge and experience developing solutions for Blackbaud CRM, Internet Services, Data Warehouse, Raiser’s Edge and other products. Prior to that, Chuck spent several years developing web-based solutions for companies in the pharmaceutical and biomedical sectors and has a total of 17 years experience in the software industry.Chuck has a Bachelor of Science in Bioresource Engineering from Rutgers University and a degree in Information Technology from the Memorial University of Newfoundland, where he finished with the highest GPA in the class. He also holds numerous certificates from Microsoft. Chuck is based in Charleston, SC.
Cortney Huff is a Strategic Account Executive for Omatic Software. Cortney is a graduate of Indiana University where her career in the non-profit sector began. She worked for the University at the Telefund soliciting donations back to the school. From that point, she went on to work directly at two college institutions before her 5-year tenure at Blackbaud. In her free time, Cortney enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Darin Cavanaugh joined the Omatic Software team in December 2017 as a User Experience Designer. Before Omatic, Darin worked for six years at Blackbaud, focusing on design efforts on Raiser's Edge NXT, Everyday Hero, Mobile Pay, and various web solutions. He is a veteran in the field of product design, previously spending 14 years in the for-profit world as a UX architect, researcher, and frontend engineer for leading efforts on software conversion to the web, to push innovation and improve the user's overall software experience for Convergys and DST Health & Data Solutions.
Devon Turner joined the team as a Business Development Representative in January 2018. He has been involved in the nonprofit industry for over 10 years in a volunteer capacity and hopes to bring his experience to the next level by educating nonprofits about the power of data. In his free time, Devon is studying for his Master's in Public Administration at the College of Charleston and volunteers on the board of Charleston Pride.
Emily Dalton is the Vice President of Product Management at Omatic Software where she leads product development teams to build and deliver products that customers love. Previously, she worked at Blackbaud for 10+ years as a Senior Product Manager and as a Product Marketing Manager, gaining a broad perspective of the nonprofit technology landscape. She spent several years with Blackbaud in London learning about an entirely different nonprofit market. Emily holds bachelor's degrees in English & Sociology from The College of Charleston and a master's degree in Business from The Citadel.
Geoff Sharbrough is a Sales Enablement Engineer at Omatic Software. Geoff worked as a Senior Analyst and then a Technical Account Manager in Customer Support at Blackbaud for over 10 years before joining Omatic. In his free time he enjoys surfing, woodworking and obstacle course racing. He graduated with honors from Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
Georgeanna McLeod is the Staff Accountant at Omatic Software. She has worked in Accounting for over 15 years and has been with Omatic for 5 years. She handles Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and many of the day-to-day functions of the Accounting Department. She enjoys working at Omatic, because we make a direct impact on so many non-profits' ability to do more good.
Jack DeWeese joined the team as a Business Development Representative in August 2018. He has recently graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Communications. Jack has worked primarily in the medical field, but is exited to translate his knowledge to help educate nonprofits about the power of data. He enjoys spending his free time around the beautiful city of Charleston.
Jacob Winn is a Software Developer in the Product Development team at Omatic Software. Jacob began his software career in phone support over 13 years ago and has progressed from support into development in that time. Jacob volunteers as a foster parent for Carolina Coonhound Rescue. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management Systems from University of South Carolina - Upstate.
Jamie is a Technical Consultant for Omatic Software on the Professional Services team, where he specializes in working with Blackbaud CRM along with other products developed across different platforms. Before joining Omatic in 2017, Jamie spent 6 years with Blackbaud as a Support Analyst, Implementation Consultant, and Conversions Analyst.Jamie has experience in The Raiser’s Edge, Financial Edge, Luminate Online, and Blackbaud CRM. Prior to his tenure at Blackbaud, Jamie worked in the Finance Industry as a Financial Advisor. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel as well as a degree in Information Technology from Trident Technical College. In his free time, Jamie volunteers at his local church and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. Jamie is based in Charleston, SC.
J. Robertson is the Business Development Team Lead for Omatic Software. J. graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in Computer Science. He has previously worked with Blackbaud and Southside Animal Hospital before joining Omatic. He enjoys spending his free time playing with his two dogs and exploring Charleston's beautiful parks and beaches. His main passion in the non-profit community is around animal rescue. J. has spent the majority of his volunteering time walking, cuddling, and socializing rescue pets.
Jay is a consultant on the Professional Services team at Omatic Software, where he conducts software implementations, delivers customizations, and provides short-term staffing support. He specializes in implementing nearly all of Omatic Software’s Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge products. Prior to joining the Omatic team, Jay spent nine years at Blackbaud, where he supported Financial Edge and The Raiser’s Edge. He was also a technical account manager for some of Blackbaud’s most high-profile clients and has vast experience with enterprise-level clients in finance, fundraising, and development. Jay also spent one year working for a large non-profit where he supported RE and FE, helped implement new products and best practices, and developed processes and procedures. In his spare time, Jay is an avid outdoorsman. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, and his children, Emme and Jack.
With over 25 years of experience—selling everything from supplements to luxury aircraft—it would be easy to just chalk Jeff up as a highly-specialized sales professional. But, Jeff works in the nonprofit sector because he’s passionate about being a change agent, helping clients fulfil their missions with precise technology. He is a true partner with his nonprofit clients in the Cultural, Faith-Based and Human Services markets. Jeff’s favorite people to spend time with are his two teenage sons, especially when they are watching University of South Carolina sports. He’s a diving junkie, a weekend singer and performer of character voices to crack up clients and friends alike.
Jena Favors is a Strategic Account Executive for Omatic Software. She has worked in the technology industry helping clients with various software solutions for over 13 years with a focus primarily on the nonprofit space for the last 10 years. Jena currently focuses on Arts and Cultural, Faith Based and Family/Human Service organizations across the Midwest and West Coast. She lives in Charleston, SC with her husband and 2 children.
Jennifer Neher is the Director for Customer Success at Omatic Software. She has spent 18 years working in the technology space including 11 years in the Customer Support department at Blackbaud. She is passionate about ensuring every interaction our clients have with Omatic is a positive one. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
Jim Wilson is a Software Developer for Omatic Software. Jim has worked in nonprofits and nonprofit technology for over 16 years. Prior to joining Omatic, he served for 8 years as a Raiser's Edge database administrator in higher education and prior to that worked at Blackbaud for 2 years. He is a retired US Navy musician with 20 years of service. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from Columbia College.
John is a Consultant for Omatic Software on the Professional Services team. He conducts software implementations, delivers customizations, and provides short-term staffing support. John joined Omatic as a member of the Support team in February 2016 and made the move to the Professional Services team in February 2017.Prior to joining Omatic Software, John was the Database Administrator of both Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud CRM databases for multiple hospital foundations across the United States. He has over five years of nonprofit experience and is also proficient with Financial Edge, NetCommunity, and Luminate Online. He resides in Charleston with his two dogs Hayduke and Gatsby, and his cat Tybalt.
Katie Biondo is a Marketing Coordinator for Omatic Software where she is responsible for marketing campaign creative, execution and reporting. Her responsibilities include email and webinar coordination, content creation, social media account management and graphic design. Prior to joining Omatic Software, Katie worked as a Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Associate at Advantage Media Group | ForbesBooks. She is also a member of numerous non-profit clubs and associations including the American Marketing Association and the Junior League. Katie graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor in Fine Arts degree.
Katie is a Market Response Representative for Omatic Software. She has only worked in nonprofit technology for a little over a year, but is enjoying it thoroughly. Originally from Connecticut, she moved down South in 2013 to soak up the warm weather. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Sociology.
Kellie is a Consultant for Omatic Software on the Professional Services team. She conducts software implementations, delivers customizations, and provides short-term staffing support. Kellie currently specializes in implementing Omatic Software’s flagship product, ImportOmatic.Prior to joining the Omatic team, Kellie spent over nine years at Blackbaud where she held roles ranging from Support Specialist to Operations Lead for the Data Management Services team. She holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Sociology from North Carolina State University and volunteers for Relay for Life, the Alzheimers Association, and the American Diabetes Association. Kellie lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband, two sons, and dog. She enjoys going to the beach, photography, reading, and hiking.
Laura is the Consultant Team Lead on the Professional Services team at Omatic Software, where she specializes in data migrations and database audits. Prior to joining the Omatic team, Laura held two roles at the University of North Florida and its Culture Institute, the Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville. She has over eight years of nonprofit and Raiser’s Edge experience and is also proficient with Financial Edge, NetCommunity, and Crystal Reports for The Raiser’s Edge. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership from the University of North Florida. In her spare time, she volunteers as an alumni ambassador for Syracuse University and The Players Championship.
Marcia Hightower is a Customer Success Manager for Omatic Software. Marcia has worked in Client Services for over 10 years, including her time at Omatic and in her previous role as a successful business owner. A true people person, Marcia excels at developing relationships with clients, solving problems, and being a proactive resource at Omatic. When she’s not helping our clients be the best they can be, you can find Marcia on the tennis court, in the CrossFit box, or, most importantly, spending time her husband and their two (really amazing) girls. She also makes it a priority to be involved with various Charleston, SC nonprofit organizations including Reading Partners, Dorchester Paws, Lowcountry Food Bank, and Dragon Boat of Charleston. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Miami University (OH).
Matt Hall, Senior Consultant at Omatic Software, is a BBCRM expert who has implemented and customized the BBCRM product since it was originally released by Blackbaud in 2007. Matt previously worked at Blackbaud, starting as one of the first technical consultants for BBCRM and moving up to a solutions architect position responsible for scoping, designing, and overseeing delivery of technical components for complex BBCRM projects. In addition to roles in the for-profit world as a senior programmer and QA engineer, Matt has worked elsewhere in the non-profit IT space as a systems architect for the University of Connecticut Foundation and as a senior programmer for the Georgia Tech Alumni Association.
Megan Bedenbaugh is a Customer Support Analyst for Omatic Software. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Charleston Southern University. Megan has worked in technology and nonprofits for 10 years prior to joining Omatic.
Melissa Mirchin is a Strategic Account Executive for Omatic Software. Melissa graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She began her professional career at Blackbaud, working in several different capacities before making the transition to wholesale athletic apparel sales. Reconnecting with her technology roots, Melissa works with animal welfare organizations and schools at Omatic. Melissa resides in the beautiful Charleston, South Carolina with her rescue dog, Gideon and still loves to support her Clemson Tigers.
Meredith Hughes is the Partnership and Alliances Coordinator for Omatic Software. She is responsible for the operations of the partner program. Prior to joining Omatic Software, Meredith worked at Blackbaud for 8 years in various departments including partnerships and technical account management. She is also a Cancer to 5K coach. Meredith graduated from the University of North Carolina Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science.
Mike Frenzel is an Enterprise Business Manager for Omatic Software. Mike has worked in nonprofit technology for over 18 years and spent six years at Blackbaud prior to joining Omatic, and holds a bCRE-Pro designation. He has extensive experience with Higher Education institutions and primarily works with colleges and universities. Mike also served for four years as a board member with the American College of Building Arts. Mike continues to be heavily involved in the local nonprofit sector, volunteering for organizations like Lowcountry Land Trust. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wake Forest University.
Michelle Manning is a Business Development Representative at Omatic Software. Prior to joining the team at Omatic, Michelle worked as a Catering Sales Manager for Mosaic Catering + Events in Charleston. Michelle has experience as a student fundraising director and volunteer for the University of Alabama Chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
Monique is a consultant on the Professional Services team at Omatic Software, where she conducts software implementations, delivers customizations, and provides short-term staffing support. Monique specializes in implementing ImportOmatic and List Management as well as conducts database audits, Raiser’s Edge™ consulting, and specialized training services. Prior to joining the Omatic team, Monique held a number of roles at Blackbaud® such as fundraising Systems Consultant II for Raiser’s Edge, Systems Consultant II for internet-based applications, and Instructional Developer for Courseware. When she isn’t working with Omatic clients, Monique enjoys spending time with her family and trying new recipes.
Murrell was born in the Charleston, SC area. She went off to college to play sports and graduated from Lees-McRae College in NC with a BS in Math, mainly because she was adverse to writing papers. After college, she worked most every random job, joined the Peace Corps, traveled the world, and returned to the Lowcountry, homing in on a Masters of Accounting from the College of Charleston in order to become a CPA. She served her time at one of the "Big 4" accounting firms and found her niche at Omatic Software, helping run the finance and HR departments in a never-dull atmosphere with clients making a difference.
Olivia is the Operations Manager for the Professional Services Team at Omatic Software, where her specialties include resource management and project management for enterprise-level engagements. Olivia has worked for Omatic since 2012, and prior to joining Omatic, Olivia managed the reunion campaign program for The Citadel Foundation, an organization that supports The Citadel Military College of South Carolina. Like most nonprofit professionals, she wore many hats including fundraising performance reporting, direct mail and volunteer coordination, event planning, and website content management. Olivia has six years of nonprofit experience and twelve years of Raiser's Edge experience. She also holds a bachelor's degree in communication from the College of Charleston and is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional.
Sarah Felber is a Customer Success Manager for Omatic Software. She started at Omatic in 2014 as an Account Manager and recently transitioned to the Customer Success team. Prior to Omatic, she spent two years as a Support Analyst on the Data Analytics and Enrichment Support team at Blackbaud. Sarah holds degrees in Social Work and Sociology from Concord University and feels that being on the Customer Success team gets her back to her roots and allows her to be a true client advocate. Sarah's first love is reading but she also enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband, Jordan. They reside in Greenville, SC with their dog, Calliope, and three very spoiled cats.
Shane has worked in nonprofit technology for over 20 years. Prior to joining Omatic, he spent several years at Blackbaud (and partners) in Product Development and Professional services. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. Shane and his wife Elizabeth have two beautiful daughters.
Sharifa is a Support Team Manager for Omatic Software. Sharifa supports both new and existing clients in various ways including troubleshooting, teaching and providing implementation services on an as needed basis. Sharifa also manages the product videos available to clients in Omatic’s eLearning Library. Previous to holding her current position at Omatic Software, Sharifa has worked as both a Customer Support Analyst at Blackbaud for The Financial Edge and as a Client Manager supporting in-sourced database management tasks from Blackbaud clients as a Client Manager for the Staffing Solutions Team. Sharifa's professional background includes sales and management roles as well as excellent customer support experience and execution. Sharifa attended College of Charleston and majored in Political Science.
Steve is a Technical Consultant on the Professional Services team at Omatic Software, where he helps clients find solutions to a wide range of data and process related challenges as well as assists clients with customization programming. Steve brings over 19 years’ experience working on a broad range of Blackbaud platform’s including The Raiser’s Edge, The Financial Edge, and Blackbaud CRM.Prior to joining Omatic in 2012, Steve worked for several nonprofits, consulting firms, and other industries including the financial services and biotech sectors. Steve got his start in technology at Blackbaud on The Raiser’s Edge 7 development team. With his many years of experience working with nonprofit organizations and Blackbaud products, as well as building custom data solutions, he continues to help organizations improve their data management processes by tailoring Omatic products to their exact needs. Steve graduated from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
Steve Schindler is a developer on the Product Development team at Omatic Software. He began his software career in 1998 as a developer at Blackbaud on the Raiser's Edge. Steve joined Omatic Software in 2011 and has 13+ years of experience with Blackbaud products and software development. Steve served 4 years in the US Marine Corps.
Stuart (Stu) Manewith, CFRE joined the Omatic Software team in January, 2016 as the Director of Professional Services. He is a veteran in the field of development and fundraising as well as nonprofit financial management and technology consulting. Before Omatic, Stu worked for 13 years at Blackbaud, focusing on delivering The Raiser’s Edge, The Financial Edge, and Blackbaud CRM implementations to large human services, faith-based, federated (chapter-based), and community-focused organizations. Prior to his time at Blackbaud, Stu served in senior fundraising, program management, and financial management positions at two St. Louis-based non-profits. His professional areas of expertise include nonprofit business process improvement and effectively integrating development office and finance office operations. Stu has his MBA from the University of Wisconsin, and his BSBA from Washington University. A Chicago native, he resides in St. Louis, Missouri.
Trish Burns is a Customer Support Analyst for Omatic Software. Trish has worked in information technology for 6 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Fayetteville State University.
