You’ve Got This and We’ve Got You.

Throughout North America and around the world, Omatic’s customers – our family – have come to rely on and depend on us. During normal times, Omatic helps you effectively consolidate your data, cleanse it, standardize it, deduplicate it, and transmit it to the general ledger or other systems that need it.

During prosperous times, Omatic is there to help manage high transaction volumes, record-breaking event registrations, and the barrage of even more possible duplicates. We’re here to ensure that your team can breeze through Giving Tuesday and the year-end glut, and still enjoy the Holiday Season.

And, more than anything, during uncertain times, during recessionary times, we want to be here for our Omatic family in the same way; no, even more. These are unparalleled times when cultural, religious, community-based, and educational organizations have had to shut their doors to their constituents. When healthcare organizations have had to laser-focus on keeping their community members alive and their frontline employees safe from serious illness. When human services organizations continue to be overwhelmed with the needs of a new population of clients who never thought they’d be ‘underserved’. And when united funds and foundations are receiving an unprecedented flood of requests.

Omatic can help, of course, in the conventional ways that you already appreciate: by continuing to provide superior software solutions that ensure the quality of your data, excellent customer support, and knowledgeable implementation specialists. But we can do, and should do, more for our family of customers who depend on us and on whom we equally depend.

So Omatic has unveiled a new COVID-19 Resources for Current and Future Customers webpage. On this page you’ll find a variety of resources that can be used now or when you might need them, including Omatic-specific tools, resources from our partners, and even tips for working from home. This is the least that we can do for you; you, who have come to rely on us, and who we want to ensure remain healthy, resilient, and ready for the recovery.
