Daniel Kim
CEO
Dan is the CEO and an owner of Omatic Software. Prior to working at Omatic, he has been a consultant and analyst at various organizations and firms including Trident Consulting. He has also held a series of senior roles at start-up organizations. Dan currently sits on the Executive Leadership Team for the Charleston Heart Ball for the American Heart Association.

Rick Nichols
CRO
Rick has over 30 years of experience in technology and SaaS, serving as COO, CRO, CSO and CMO for several early stage and market leading companies including market leaders SAP, Oracle and First Data, accelerating growth through transformation. Rick has served as an advisor, board member and volunteer for several social good organizations including Camp Sunshine, Juvenile Diabetes, Susan G Komen and other local charities.

Ken Haigh
COO/ CTO
Ken has over 27 years of experience in Software and SaaS and has served as CTO and COO for multiple venture-baked, high-growth companies. Ken also worked as the Director of Software Development at Blackbaud, Inc. for their CRM products and works with various local social good organizations.

Emily Dalton
SVP of Products
Emily has over 17 years of experience in the technology industry, singularly focused on serving non-profits. She spent 10 years at Blackbaud, starting in Customer Support and moving into roles in Product Marketing and Product Management. Emily leads our CSR program, Omatic Philanthropy, fostering a culture of giving that starts with individuals and grows into our community.

Jennifer Neher
VP of Customer Experience
Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. She spent 11 years at Blackbaud in various roles within their Customer Support organization where she developed a passion for non-profit organizations.

Deborah Lucas
VP of Marketing
Deborah has over 15 years in brand, advertising, product and marketing experience in the consumer-packaged goods, finance and software industries. She has been a committee chair for the Foundation Fighting Blindness, a board member for SW Ontario Meals on Wheels, and is currently a committee member for the Power Plant Art Gallery.

John Guerriere
Director of Innovation
John is a Salesforce Practice Lead, 9X Salesforce Certified and 4X Salesforce Ranger. He has over 20 years in the technology and SaaS industry with experience in various roles including sales, marketing and strategy. John created and founded the Coding Kids Club, an organization of parents, engineers, and technologists whose mission is to teach kids programming and coding.

Mike Frenzel
Director of Sales
Mike has worked in nonprofit technology for over 20 years and spent 6 years at Blackbaud prior to joining Omatic. He has extensive experience leading sales teams, and his background includes working with higher education institutions. Mike has had the opportunity to present sessions at bbcon, CASE and APRA. He also served for four years as board member with the American College of the Building Arts. Mike continues to be heavily involved with local nonprofits, volunteering for organizations like Lowcountry Land Trust.

Stu Manewith
Director of Thought Leadership & Advocacy
For his 30-plus year career, Stu has exclusively served the nonprofit sector, as a program director, fundraiser, finance director, and technology professional. Stu has also served in several key volunteer roles including board member and chairman of the New Jewish Theatre, board member and national treasurer of Theta Xi Fraternity, and board member and treasurer of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater St. Louis Chapter.

Bailey Benzle
Director of System Architecture & Sales Enablement
Bailey has worked for over 17 years with the nonprofit community, in both the special event, marketing, and technology capabilities. Her favorite thing is to converse daily with organizations that can impact the world. Bailey enjoys volunteer opportunities for local organizations such as the South Carolina Aquarium and Lowcountry Food Bank.

Brian Hendel
Director of Finance
Brian leads the finance and accounting functions at Omatic, and drives growth through cross-functional initiatives with a technology-first approach. Brian has more than a decade of experience with previous roles in private equity at Five Points Capital and investment banking at BlackArch Partners.
